Suite sizes are quoted on the basis of gross area, which includes the share of common areas of the building.

The above rates are quoted on a per calendar month basis, and are subject to changes without prior notice. Payment can be made by local cheque, bank transfer or VISA/Master credit card (with additional 3% handling charge). Advance payment of deposit and rent is required to secure a reservation. Deposit (less any outstanding charges) will be returned within 30 days after the expiry of licence. Minimum lease is 30 days and maximum is 365 days, renewable subject to vacancy and change in rate.

Lease below 90 days: One-month rent in advance plus one-month deposit Lease of 90 days or over: One-month rent in advance plus two-month deposit.
